Shipping

We offer complimentary U.S. standard shipping on all orders over $75.

For orders under $75, the following options are available at checkout:

• Standard (4–7 business days) — $5.95

• Express (2–4 business days) — $20

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Packages ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected based on the most efficient and reliable delivery option for your location.

Delivery timeframes begin after processing. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify orders once they have shipped and are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Returns

If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• unworn

• unwashed

• free of stains, scents, or damage

• in original condition with tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

To start a return, please email ciao@bacioandco.com with your order number.

Once approved, we’ll send instructions for sending your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

After your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued via email.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return is delivered to us.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• sale or discounted items

• items marked final sale

• gift cards

• intimates or personal wear items

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ciao@bacioandco.com with photos so we can make it right.
