Shipping

We carefully pack and ship every Bacio & Co. order with intention and care.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been processed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.

During collection drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and are working quickly to get your pieces to you.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Bacio & Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we are unable to control transit times.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Returns

We want you to love every piece you receive from Bacio & Co. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• free of stains, scents, or damage
• in original condition with tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ciao@bacioandco.com with your order number.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.z

Store credit will be emailed after your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return is delivered.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• sale or discounted items
• items marked final sale
• gift cards
• intimates or personal wear items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and using your store credit once your return has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ciao@bacioandco.com with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Bacio & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
